Getting Help

When you are struggling with perinatal mental health issues, reaching out for help can feel like an overwhelming, daunting task. It is important to know that Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders are temporary, treatable conditions. If you are experiencing any of the symptoms listed on the PMADs page, you may benefit from speaking with your primary health care provider regarding treatment options, or finding a therapist who specializes in perinatal mental health.

Please visit the Services page to find out more about the services I offer or the Contact page to book a session. I make every effort to provide clients with a safe and comfortable space in which they can explore and work through the unique issues they bring to therapy.

If you are experiencing a mental health crisis and are concerned about your immediate safety or the safety of your baby, call 911 or a mental health crisis line (Nova Scotia: 902-429-8167 or toll-free: 1-888-429-8167; New Brunswick: 1-800-667-5005).
